Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
We care deeply about the well-being of your new pets and your satisfaction as a customer. In the unlikely event that any animal you order arrives deceased (DOA), we will either refund the cost of the animal or ship you a replacement at no additional charge, as long as you have adhered to our LAG Guarantee.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

Expedited Shipping: All live shipments are required to use next day shipping services to minimize transit time and ensure the safety of your animals. 2-day shipping may be acceptable depending on the species and weather conditions.
Pickup Requirement: Orders must be held for pickup at your selected post office location. Deliveries to home or business addresses are not covered by the LAG.
Timely Pickup: You must pick up your order within 8 hours of its arrival at the designated location.
Report Issues Promptly: Any issues, including DOA animals, must be reported to us within 2 hours of receiving the package. Please email photographs to viridianexotics@gmail.com.

Additional Policies
Weather Delays: To ensure safe delivery, we may hold orders during unsuitable weather conditions.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
